Japanese Traditional/Folk Dancing Group Performance, 9/24, 12 noon

The folk dancing group of the New Mexico Japanese American Citizens league will be performing at noon on September 24, at the Las Cruces Museum of Art.

Under the direction of Natsuko Edelman, the mission of this group is to share Japanese culture with the community. This free program is offered in connection with the Museum of Art’s current exhibition, Nature, Tradition, and Innovation: Contemporary Japanese Ceramics from the Gordon Brodfuehrer Collection. This exhibit continues through October 15, 2016.

Admission to the Las Cruces Museum of Art is free. The museum is located at 491 North Main Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm. For additional information, visit the website at: museums.las-cruces.org or call 575.541.2137.
