All four city museums (Museum of Art, Museum of Nature and Science, Railroad Museum and the Branigan Cultural Center) are offering summer activities for kid in summer, 2013. Different workshops are offered for kids ages 7-12, and registration and payment is required for all workshops. They include:

Archaeologist in Training (June 12 & 13, 2-4pm, kids ages 7-12)
Southwest Ceramics (June 19 & 20, 2-4pm, kids ages 7-12)
Retablos (June 26 & 27, 2-4pm, kids ages 7-12)
Sand Painting (July 10 & 11k, 2-4pm, kids ages 7-12)
Punched Tin (July 17 & 18, 2-4pm, kids ages 7-12)

Marine Biology (June 3-7, ages 10-12)
Catch the (Sound) Wave (June 10-14, ages 7-9)
Nature Art (June 17-21, ages 7-9)
Summer Science Mash Up (ages 7-9)
Railroad Museum
Scenicking Class (July 27 and August 3, 9am-12pm, families and kids over 8)
Museum of Art (classes offered 8 different weeks, with afternoon and morning classes, for kids 5-12 and teens)
