The Museum of Nature & Science presents “Saturday Family Science – Insects,” Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:45am. The program is free and open to the public.
Insects may be small but they are quite significant to the food chain and agriculture. Participants will explore the lifecycle of insects from egg to pupae to fully formed bug in this one-hour family friendly program.
“Saturday Family Science” is offered monthly, encouraging families to work as a team, problem solve, and experiment through participating in a wide range of STEM activities led by museum staff and volunteers.
The museum is located at 411 N. Main Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4:30pm, and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm. For additional information, visit the website at: http://las-cruces.org/museums or call (575) 522-3120.
