Families are invited to “Saturday Family Science – Food Science” for an hour of hands-on science experiments at the Museum of Nature & Science, Saturday, June 2, 2018, from 11:45am-12:45pm. The program is free and open to the public.
Our bodies regenerate muscles from protein we eat, and maintain steady blood sugar levels through starches we get from foods. Families will work together to hypothesize and experiment to find out which foods are the best regenerative and maintenance foods.
Admission to the Museum of Nature & Science is free. The museum is located at 411 North Main Street and is open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4:30pm. and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm.
