The Las Cruces Museum of Art is excited to announce that registration for Session Two of the Spring Studio Programs Art Classes continues through March 15, 2017! The session will run for six weeks and begins March 22, 2107 through April 29, 2017.
The Studio Programs Art Classes exist to give our community access to creative learning opportunities. Children, teens, and adults are given the opportunity to learn a new skill or enhance existing knowledge while guided by local, experienced and qualified professional artists.
Students will be encouraged to have fun and be inspired to discover their inner creativity through various class options including beginning and intermediate ceramics, drawing portraits, still life painting, and art exploration! Classes are offered to all levels of artists.
Registration is located at the Museum of Nature and Science located at 411 North Main Street. Students must register in person during the hours of Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 4:30pm. Registrations are due one week before classes start.
The Museum of Art is located at 491 N. Main Street and open Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 4:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 4:30pm. For additional information, visit the website at: museums.las-cruces.org or call 575-541-2137.
