Animal Encounters at the Museum of Nature and Science
Come to Animal Encounters at the Museum of Nature & Science this September for answers about animals that we encounter in our desert area! This program is for people of all ages and takes place every Saturday at 1pm. The hands-on series is free and registration is not required.
September 7, 2013: birds, the feathered friends that provide much entertainment and enjoyment
September 14, 2013: Reptiles slither around
September 21, 2013: hopping amphibians entertain us
September 28, 2013: watch desert fish swim and learn about their adaptations to the desert
After learning about these creatures, your curiosity may then take you out to explore other living things with which we share our region.
