Dinos A to Z make their way to the Museum of Nature & Science! Every Friday afternoon at 3:00 pm, families learn about dinosaurs and other prehistoric creatures that roamed the earth long ago. Each dinosaur discussion is accompanied by a hands-on experience with fossils or replica casts. This program is free to the public and registration is not required.
In May, we will be discussing:
May 17 Alamosaurus: a gigantic sauropod dinosaur of North America
May 24 Baryonyx: one of the few proven fish-eating dinosaurs
May 31 Corythosaurus: a “duck-billed” dinosaur of North America
MoNaS is located at 411 North Main Street. For additional information, visit the museums’ website at: las-cruces.org/museums or call (575) 522-3120.
