The Museum of Nature and Science offers wonderful activities every week. There is something for kids and adults.
Fourth Tuesday of the month @ 2:00 PM, discuss a new science-themed book at Southwest Reading Connections.
Thursdays @ 9:00 AM, all children under 5 and their caregivers are invited to explore science with our pre-K series.
Fridays @ 3:00 PM, Dinosaurs A to Z invade the museum, with a discussion of a new dinosaur, ancient animal or paleontological concept every week.
Saturdays @ 10:00 AM is the time for families to learn together with Family Science Saturday. Each month we focus on two topics, alternating presentations each week.
Saturdays @ 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Fetch encourages science exploration using easily found materials.
Saturdays @ 1:00 PM the museum Naturalist highlights one group of animals in Animal Encounters.
