Witness the history of scientific discovery at the Museum of Nature and Science’s “STEAMpunk” program on Saturday, June 16, 2018, from 11:45am-12:45pm. This month we will focus on 19th century English entomologist, Eleanor Ormerod.
During this one-hour program, children ages 7-12 will explore the work of Eleanor Ormerod as an entomologist and her contributions to understanding agricultural pests. Participants will learn to make and document observations of insects with language and art.
